The purpose of this report from 2022 is to bring children and young people’s perspectives and experiences of sexism and gender stereotypes to the fore.
Through face-to-face conversations and by exploring how children and young people
perceive the differences between the sexes, we will better understand how our current systems reinforce any differences based on sex, including whether children and young people are aware of how gender stereotyping impacts their daily lives.
This report outlines the issues children and young people have explicitly raised with the Commissioner in conversations or engagement.
