In the lead up to COP27, the UN’s annual climate conference, the Commissioner hosted the inaugural Youth Climate Forum, where South Australian young people were asked to contribute to an open letter to the Australian delegates attending COP27.
In the letter, young people called for increased education and youth involvement in decision-making on climate, as well as better waste management systems.
